Lovely, well fit out summerhouse - build in 1996, close to beach (100 m) and smaller fishing village / marina (150 m). The area is remarkable for the beauty of its scenery - situated in Jutland (Jylland) in the central part of the Limfjord.
The house is 60 m2 an made of wood. From the house and the 50 m2 terrace there is a lovely view to the sea and the marina. The house, which is located in a beautiful natural ground, has a bathroom with shower and heated floor. It has 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and a bunk bed, the other with two double bunk beds (all together there is sleeping accommodation for seven persons). In the summerhouse there is also an utility room, a charming living room and kitchen. There is also washing machine, TV with satellite dish, wood burner and stereo with CD player. Cafeteria: 100 m Pool, mini golf, grocery and pub/public house: 500 m, Golf: 5 km.

dam.
Price per week from Saturday to Saturday:
The weeks 26-27-28-28-29-30-31 and 32:
445 €
The weeks 23-24-25 and 33-34-35: 405 €

Week 7 (winter vacation), week 42 (autumn
vacation), week 52 (cristmas), and weeks
about Easter, Whitsun, and Ascension Day:
405 €.
All other weeks: 365 €

Deposit: 100 €
In addition to this, the renter is expected to pay for
electricity use: 0,40 €/kWh ( 2,50 DKr/kWh )
